Nuts strengthen brain wave function

Numerous studies have demonstrated the health benefits of nuts. Another study, published in The FASEB Journal, adds to list. Researchers at Loma Linda University found that the regular consumption of nuts strengthens brainwave frequencies associated with cognition, healing, learning, memory and more. Different nuts were shown to produce different results, with pistachios generating the most gamma waves, while peanuts (not really a nut, but a legume) produced the highest delta response. All the nuts tested (almonds, cashews, peanuts, pecans, pistachios, and walnuts) are high in antioxidants.

There are other natural ways to improve brain function, including this product.
