Yogurt linked with better heart health

Yogurt has long been touted as a health food because of its probiotic constituents. Now, there is evidence that regular yogurt consumption may reduce cardiovascular disease risk, according to a study published in the American Journal of Hypertension. The amount eaten per week by hypertensive men and women was as little as two servings. All of this supports the addition of more healthy bacteria in the diet to maintain good health.
